It is important to follow the timeline throughout the appeal and to process the transmittals at the given time for the CFSA Office to process the pledge cards.  For information on processing transmittal forms: (click here).

Review progress of toward goal, If the parish has not reached goal, the parish follow-up mailing (click here) will help.  Utilizing the parish stationary and making the communication personal are very important

In the early days of the Diocesan Appeal, Finance and Pastoral Council Members would personally visit or connect by phone ((click here) or with members of the community.
